Terms of Service

The service

tellAudit analyzes pitch video you upload and returns a statistically validated pitch-tipping report with evidence and recommendations. Results are statistical findings about your footage — they are not guarantees of any competitive outcome, and the absence of a finding is not a guarantee that no tell exists.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 to hold an account. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and you’re responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are currently available by invitation.

Your content and rights

You retain ownership of the footage you upload. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze it solely to provide the service to you. You represent that you have all rights and consents needed to upload your footage — including, where it shows minors, authority from the athlete and any required parent or guardian — and that your use does not violate anyone’s rights or the law.

Acceptable use

• Only upload footage you are authorized to analyze.
• Don’t use the service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others’ rights.
• Don’t attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or circumvent the security of the service.

Credits, plans, and payment

Audits are run with credits. New accounts include one free pilot audit. Additional credits and subscription plans are purchased through Stripe; by subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Prices and plan details are shown at checkout.

Refunds and cancellation

• Cancel anytime. You can cancel a subscription whenever you like; it stops future charges and you keep access through the end of the paid period. Cancellation does not retroactively refund prior charges.
• Automatic credit refunds. A credit is refunded automatically when an audit can’t be completed because of a processing error on our side, a timeout, or footage we were unable to analyze.
• Completed audits. Credits spent on audits that produced a report are non-refundable.

Our intellectual property

The software, models, methodology, site, and brand are owned by tellAudit. These terms don’t grant you any rights in them beyond using the service as intended.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t warrant that findings are complete or error-free, or that acting on them will produce any particular result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, tellAudit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service and its users.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; we’ll revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, give notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
