An audit failed or looks wrong

If a report didn’t generate or a result looks off, send the audit link (or the pitcher name and date) to hello@tellaudit.com. When an audit can’t be completed — a processing error, a timeout, or footage we couldn’t analyze — the credit is refunded automatically; if you think one was missed, tell us and we’ll fix it.

Billing & cancellation

Manage your plan, payment method, and cancellation any time from your account (subscribers see “Manage subscription”). For refund questions, see the refund policy or just email us.

Privacy & your data

To export or delete your account and footage, use the controls on your account or email us. See the Privacy Policy for what we collect and how long we keep it.
