Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and any role, organization, or team details you add during signup or onboarding.
• Footage you upload — the pitch video clips you submit, the pitch-type labels you assign, and the analysis outputs (reports, evidence frames) generated from them.
• Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we keep only a customer reference and the status of your plan and credits.
• Technical data — basic logs (e.g. IP address, request times, errors) needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

• To run your audit and deliver the report, evidence, and recommendations.
• To process payments, manage credits and subscriptions, and send transactional email (confirmations, password resets, “your report is ready”).
• To operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use one customer’s footage to build or train models for other customers.

Footage and athletes

You may only upload footage you have the right to analyze. Footage often includes minors. By uploading, you confirm that you have the authority and any necessary consent (from the athlete and, where applicable, a parent or guardian) to submit it for analysis. We use your footage solely to produce your audit and the deliverables tied to your account.

How long we keep it

• Raw uploaded clips are automatically deleted about 30 days after upload. Re-download or save anything you want to keep before then.
• Generated reports and evidence are retained so you can revisit them from your account.
• Account information is kept until you delete your account or ask us to remove it.

Who we share it with

We use a small set of trusted processors to run the product, each handling only what they need:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and encrypted file storage.
• Modal — the secure compute that runs the analysis pipeline.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the service.

Your choices and rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your account information and footage. To request deletion of your account and associated data — including footage of a minor — email hello@tellaudit.com and we’ll action it promptly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

Security

Footage and reports are stored in private buckets and served only over short-lived, signed links. Data is encrypted in transit, access is scoped to your account, and the analysis pipeline runs on isolated infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to limit who can reach it.

Children

tellAudit is built for coaches, facilities, and programs — account holders must be adults. The service is not directed to children creating their own accounts. Footage of minors is handled as described in “Footage and athletes” above.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, give notice where appropriate.
