PITCHERS & PITCHING COACHES
Kill your tell
Your coach can watch you throw, but we see what your coach's eyes can't. One tripod in the bullpen can spot the tell early, measure it, and help you fix it before Friday night.
Audit my deliveryYou can't see your own tell, but the other dugout can. Upload one bullpen and get the report they'd write on you.
REAL PITCHER DELIVERY. TOGGLE PITCHES & WATCH THE GLOVE
01 · Pick a side
A tell is information. It only matters who holds it. Every audit runs the same test either way, all you have to do is point the camera.

Audit my deliveryHITTERS & OFFENSIVE COACHES
Even experienced eyes can miss the subtle tells. We don't. Automated analysis pulls the patterns and gives the lineup a plan: where he misses, when he gets predictable, and which pitch to hunt.
Scout a starter02 · The loop
The footage you already shoot, without wearables, markers or a facility visit. A phone on a tripod is all we need.
One tripod with the whole body in frame and 30 pitches labeled as you go.
Drag in the clips, tag which pitch is which and let us do the rest.
A verdict on what leaks, when, and how visible it is from the box, with proof.
03 · The product
An audit ends one of two ways, and we print both. The tell card a pitcher trains off is the same card a lineup hits off. Flip between them.
A hitter watching only your glove can determine fastball-or-changeup three times out of four on pitches the model never saw.
Your glove drives 2.2 inches past its fastball set at hand break, on 16 of 18 changeups.
OPPONENT'S VIEW: "When his glove gets out front, the changeup is coming. You can pick it up from the on-deck circle."
THE FIX · CLEAN UP THE GLOVE SIDE
Review the footage with your pitching coach, choose one glove-side cue, and test it in short bullpen sets. Film the reps and make sure the changeup matches the fastball at hand break.

04 · The tell sheet
Every audit tests the same six cue families at the same seven checkpoints, both dugouts, no exceptions. Open one and watch where it hides.

05 · Burden of proof
Guessing fastball-or-changeup is 50%. We run every candidate cue through the same gauntlet and anything that can't beat chance doesn't make the cut.

The which-side question, the ethics question, the camera question, and what happens when we find nothing.
No. We don't look at signs, PitchCom, or anything coming from the catcher. We look at the pitcher, and only consider things a hitter can see with his own eyes.
08 · The pilot
Hide your tell or hunt theirs. The film exists regardless, the only question is which dugout reads it first.
